This notice describes the current website and enquiry tools. Read the sections below for the full details.
01 / PRIVACY
What this policy covers
This policy explains personal information in connection with the Complise Global website and enquiries you choose to send to its shared Complise enquiry desk. Complise Global is part of the Sharma Brother’s brand ecosystem. The contact channel used on this website is info@compliseindia.com.
It describes the current website features. A specific service engagement may involve additional information, recipients or contractual requirements, which should be discussed as part of that engagement. The separate Complise India and Recycle Veda websites have their own privacy information.
02 / PRIVACY
Information involved when you use the site
Details you choose to provide
An enquiry can include your name, email address, optional phone number and company, product or business details, destination markets, a certification of interest and your message. If you send an email, its contents and any attachments you choose to include are received by the enquiry desk.
Technical request information
Serving a website involves technical requests. The hosting or network services may process information such as an IP address, browser request details, requested pages, request time and diagnostic records. This is separate from the locally prepared enquiry form.
Searches and selected destinations
Directory search terms and filters can appear in page URLs. The market map can include a continent and country in the address, and service links can pass a market or certification to the Contact page. URLs can appear in browser history, shared links and ordinary server request records when a page is requested.
The site is intended for business enquiries. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive personal information, payment credentials or unnecessary information about other people.
03 / PRIVACY
How the enquiry tools handle your details
- Prepare in your browser. The homepage brief and Contact enquiry are assembled within the page. Preparing a brief does not submit it to the Complise team or upload documents.
- Review and choose an action. Downloading saves a text file on your device. Copying places the prepared enquiry on your device’s clipboard. Those copies are under your control.
- Open an email draft. This passes the prepared enquiry to your chosen email application or service. That application may save or sync a draft according to its own settings, even before you send it.
- Send when you are ready. If you send the email, the shared Complise enquiry desk receives the message. You can attach relevant documents in your email application.
The website does not use an account system or an enquiry submission backend. Your browser or device may independently retain autofill entries, cached pages, history, downloads, clipboard content or email drafts; those features are governed by your browser, device and email settings.
04 / PRIVACY
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The current website code does not set cookies, use persistent browser storage for your enquiries, or embed analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking. The fonts, images and interactive map resources are served with the website; the map does not request your device’s location.
Temporary page state supports features such as search filters and country selection. Your browser may cache public website files for performance. Hosting and network services may also process the technical request information described above.
If these features change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law. This policy does not describe cookies or storage used by external websites that you choose to visit.
05 / PRIVACY
Why enquiry information is used
Information you send through an enquiry is used to understand and respond to your request, discuss the relevant products and markets, and communicate about the support you have asked for. If a project follows, relevant information may also be needed to coordinate that project, maintain its records and meet applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Preparing a brief or browsing a guide does not sign you up to a marketing list. The website does not provide an automatic newsletter subscription or sell personal information through its tools.
06 / PRIVACY
Recipients, service providers and external sites
An email sent using the website’s enquiry links is addressed to the shared Complise enquiry desk at info@compliseindia.com. Mention Complise Global and the destination market so the team can understand the context. Your email provider and the recipient’s email provider process the message as part of delivering and storing email.
Website hosting and technical providers may process the request information needed to deliver and maintain the site. Where a requested project involves laboratories, certification bodies or other service participants, the information needed and the relevant sharing arrangements should be established for that project. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Following a link to a regulator, map service or another brand takes you to a separate website. Its operator’s privacy practices then apply. Email, hosting and external services can operate in different countries; contact the team if you need details of the arrangements relevant to a particular enquiry or project.
07 / PRIVACY
Keeping information and protecting your copies
The website tools do not create a persistent enquiry database. Copies that you download, copy or pass to your email application may remain on your device or with that service until you manage or delete them.
When you send an enquiry, correspondence may need to be kept to handle the request and related follow-up. If services are agreed, relevant records may also be needed for the engagement and applicable legal obligations. There is no single retention period stated here for every enquiry or project; contact the desk about the records and retention requirements relevant to your request.
Send only the information needed for the discussion. Ask about appropriate handling before sharing sensitive or confidential documents. No website or email channel can guarantee absolute security.
08 / PRIVACY
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse the website without completing an enquiry. You choose whether to prepare, download, copy, open or send a brief, and which optional details to include.
You can contact info@compliseindia.com to ask about information held in relation to your enquiry, request correction or deletion, raise a concern, or withdraw a permission you have given. The steps available depend on the circumstances, applicable law and any records that must be retained. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing that has already lawfully occurred.
Use “Complise Global — privacy request” in the subject and provide enough context to locate the relevant correspondence. A proportionate identity check may be needed before information can be disclosed or changed; do not send identity documents unless the team explains why they are needed.

This notice may be revised when website features, information handling or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. Review it before providing new information, and contact the team if you need clarification about a particular service.
