List telecommunications interfaces, radio technologies, bands, antennas and software-controlled settings. Explain the intended Indonesian use and whether the product includes multiple communication functions. A product family matrix should distinguish variants that change radio performance from differences that are only cosmetic or commercial.

• Record brand, model and the complete supplied configuration.

Komdigi’s published service standard identifies the Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Services and the current certification framework. Applications should follow the active e-Sertifikasi process. Keep the applicant’s legal identity and authorization aligned with the system requirements rather than copying historical agency names into newly prepared documents.

• Assign ownership of portal correspondence and official requests.

Confirm the current technical requirements and accepted laboratory arrangements for each product function before ordering or reusing reports. Indonesia has published changes and policy developments affecting testing, so a foreign report should not be assumed acceptable solely because it was used in another country.

• Record the acceptance basis for every proposed report.

Organize technical specifications, product photographs, relevant test evidence and the applicant’s supporting documents. Make model and brand information consistent across reports, packaging and manufacturer authorizations. A pre-submission review should identify missing signatures, unexplained revisions and product descriptions that do not match the equipment presented for assessment.

• Keep a revision-controlled index of submitted documents.

After the applicable assessment, check the certificate details and current product identification or labelling instructions. Preserve the connection between the certified model, commercial SKU and supplied hardware. Distributors should receive controlled artwork and a concise description of the exact configurations covered, rather than a generic certificate for the brand.

• Verify publicly available certification information where appropriate.

Telecom conformity can sit alongside SNI, import, local content or other product-specific rules where applicable. Check those separately instead of treating the certificate as a complete business or operating licence. Review radio module, antenna, firmware and factory changes before further supply under the existing assessment.

• Maintain a market release checklist with named owners.
