List the products, models, manufacturing sites and intended markets before the project begins. Establish whether EQM is required for the category or sought for another commercial purpose. The final licence scope must describe the assessed operation accurately.

MoIAT identifies accredited laboratory reports as part of the application. Link each report to the product specification and approved standard. Keep differences between variants visible so the assessment team can determine which products the evidence supports.

Factory preparation should explain how incoming materials, production and final checks preserve conformity. Choose real records from current operations. A procedure without corresponding implementation evidence gives the review team an incomplete picture.

The official service includes a factory field visit. Identify staff who can explain the process and retrieve records. Map outsourced activities and interfaces so the assessment covers how the product is actually produced, not only an organization chart.

The right to use EQM follows the licence and its conditions. Keep artwork, product scope and authorization records together. Marketing teams should avoid extending the mark to unassessed models or implying a broader authorization than the licence provides.
